Plant Dahlia Sensei of Love tubers in spring after all danger of frost has passed. Choose a sunny location with well-drained soil. Plant tubers 4-6 inches deep and 12-18 inches apart. These dahlias bloom from mid-summer through fall, providing months of vibrant color. Regular deadheading encourages continuous flowering. In colder regions, lift tubers in fall for winter storage and replanting the following spring.
